Personal Data Policy
As a customer of Induflex A/S, you entrust us with your personal data. As the company with responsibility for managing data, we take data protection very seriously. We protect the personal data that we handle, and ensure that we comply with the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Marketing Act and the Danish legislation in force at any given time.
Customer of Induflex A/S
As one of our customers, we collect certain data about your company and your contact persons.
- The company's full name and CVR (Company Registration) number
- The company's invoicing and delivery addresses
- The company's main telephone number
- The company's main e-mail address
- The company's e-mail for invoicing
- E-mail and/or telephone numbers of contact persons
As a customer of Induflex A/S, we use your personal data to administrate the customer relationship, handle warranty obligations, to maintain and cultivate customer relationships, and to for ongoing trading and statistical purposes.
Disclosure of personal data
We do not sell, transfer or disclose your personal data to any third party, if it is not necessary. In certain instances, we disclose data to specially selected, trusted third parties who need the information in order to keep you updated with the status of your order and deliver the ordered goods.
The registered information is stored together with information on the items you have purchased for a minimum of 5 years as required by the Accounting Act. We also do this in order to be able to fulfil both our and your warranty terms, and so that you can always get a new copy of your invoice at a later time if you need it.
Submitter of contact form
When you fill out the contact form, please provide:
- Company Name
- CVR number
- Postal code
- Contact name
- Telephone no.
Sending an enquiry using the contact form means that you are automatically accepting that we may use your data to contact you in response to your enquiry.
We do not sell, transfer or disclose your personal data to third parties.
Our aim is to store your personal data only as long as it is relevant. We keep only the postal code and country for statistical purposes.
Session cookie, that identifies you as the user during the time that you are on the site. This cookie is deleted after a year.
Analytical cookie, that is used to measure which pages and elements you visit on our website. We use Google Analytics to collect statistics which are used to improve the site. This cookie is deleted after 2 years.
As a registrant, you are always given the opportunity to see what information we have registered about you, and you can object to what has been registered or you can ask to have it deleted in accordance with the regulations laid down in the Danish Data Protection Act. However, you should be aware that the legislation in place at any given time always determines whether or not you can have your personal data changed and/or deleted.
