What is a gasket?

Gaskets have two main purposes: either the gasket must seal or create spacing between two different materials, or it must function as an absorbing material between two seperate components.

Manufacturing gaskets in plastic, insulating fibres or rubber

We can quickly cut your gaskets to the required dimensions in a wide range of materials, such as rubber, Superwool® fibre materials, or various types of plastic.

Gasket materials can be supplied with or without adhesive, depending on the application and the gasket's purpose. Our machines are capable of cutting precisely through multiple layers and different material combinations, including materials with adhesive backing.

Gaskets with adhesive

- ready to use

We can manufacture your gaskets in materials with adhesive, and we also offer to coat already-cut gaskets with glue or adhesive, making them ready for installation on your product.

Custom-made gaskets with print

With our digital printer, we can also print on your gaskets according to your wishes. For example, you can choose to have markings or instructions printed on the individual gaskets.

If your gaskets will be used in a visible location, you can also choose to have your logo or company name printed on them, giving your business exposure every time the gaskets are used.

We can print in all sizes and colours.

Production in Denmark and fast delivery

When you order gaskets from us, we manufacture them at our production facility in Støvring. If we have the material in stock, we can cut your gaskets within seven to ten days.

If the material is in stock, we can dispatch your finished gaskets within five working days.
