At Induflex, we can also process aluminum sandwich panels. The panels have a sandwich construction consisting of two layers of refined aluminum that enclose a core of black UV-stabilized polyethylene (PE).

The aluminum surface is coil-coated in several qualities.

This solution is more cost-effective than a standard aluminum plate while offering greater stiffness than plastic materials.

At Induflex, we can also produce machineparts of aluminum sandwich panels.

Properties and Advantages

The combination of aluminum and PE offers several advantages. The PE core helps reduce the density, making the panels easy to handle and install.

Additionally, this combination makes the items durable and impact-resistant.

The panels are weather-resistant and have a wide service temperature range, spanning from -50 °C to 80 °C. Moreover, the panels are resistant to UV light and water, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.

These panels also provide excellent insulating properties against heat and sound, thanks to the PE core.

However, due to the aluminum packaging, it is important to use only neutral cleaning agents when cleaning items made from this material.

At Induflex, we can achieve even very tight tolerances in plastic.

When you order a plastic part from us, it adheres to the Danish Standard ISO 2768-1 (medium) by default. We measure the tolerances at room temperature, around 21 °C.

Of course, we can agree on different tolerances if you wish.
