Our cutting plotters are equipped with two universal units for mounting various tools for drawing, embossing, cutting, and milling different plastic materials, making the cutting process even faster.

The machine also features a milling module with space for eight different bits and vision detection for registration marks. This ensures precise cutting with a consistent result, no matter how many components you need to have cut.

Our two cutting plotters are optimized for cutting and milling plastic. Additionally, we can produce gaskets and other protective markers in foam and rubber materials, if needed.

With our cutting plotters, we can cut or mill sheets up to 3200 x 2270 mm and materials on rolls as long as the length of the roll.

If you have a task that cannot be completed on our plotters, we may be able to handle it on our laser cutters or CNC milling machines.
We can cut and mill many different materials on our plotter, including:
- Polycarbonate
- PTFE
- PE
- PET
- PVC
- Acrylic (PMMA)
- Polypropylene (PP)
- ABS

At Induflex, we can produce even very tight tolerances in plastic.

When you order a plastic part from us, it will typically comply with the Danish Standard ISO 2768-1 (medium). We measure the tolerances at room temperature, around 21 °C.

Of course, we can agree on different tolerances if you wish.
